The PANEURAMA Innovation Labs are true professional industry experiences, where participants are taught and mentored by experts across animation, VFX, Games, XR, VR, AR, AI and more.
The Labs are free of charge, all funded by the PANEURAMA project and made possible through the support of Erasmus+ European initiative.
Registration is now closed for our upcoming Innovation Lab, “Break In! Level Up!”, happening online from February to May, 2026.
By moving the Lab fully online, we are expanding accessibility and making it easier for participants across Europe and beyond to join. The programme brings together free masterclasses, personal mentorship, and professional sparring in a flexible format that supports both creative growth and early-career development.
Participants will have the chance to strengthen their skills, gain industry insight, and work on their own ideas without travel barriers or scheduling constraints. Break In! Level Up! is designed to meet emerging talent where they are and help them take their next step.
In August 2025, we returned to hosted two more intensive summer Innovation Labs, giving participants the chance to bridge the gap between education and industry.
The 2025 programs focused on two themes:
Entrepreneurship at NXT GEN Lab, which supported participants in pitching, planning, and delivering projects that connect creativity with sustainability and social impact.
Character Development during Animation! Acting!! Drama!! led by renowned animator Daniel Callaby, which explored the intricacies of character performance, storytelling, and emotional authenticity in animation.
In 2024, we launched our first round of 2-week summer labs aimed at supporting the development of highly creative, imaginative, skilled, and innovative future professionals capable of leading and producing original, high-quality media content.
The labs were developed and led by our PANEURAMA partners, and mentored by leading education and industry professionals in Europe.
The workshops were free of charge. We covered the participants’ travels, and accommodation to ensure they could fully focus on the new learning experience.
