Taking a step back – what (and why) are the PANEURAMA Innovation Labs?
The rapid technological development in animation, games, and VFX industries demands a workforce that is both artistically skilled and technologically adept. The PANEURAMA Innovation Labs provide a dedicated frame for knowledge sharing and collaboration, ensuring that education curriculums and training activities are continuously updated based on market needs.
This initiative supports the creation of more inclusive work environments, fostering equality and contributing to the responsive needs of wider society.
Therefore, we’ve designed the PANEURAMA Innovation Labs to address the mismatches between the output of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers and the needs of the animation industry. The labs aim to foster creativity, innovation, upskilling, and entrepreneurship among students and graduates, preparing them for the challenges of the audio-visual market.
By connecting education and industry partners, the lab establishes a baseline for market needs and develops new teaching methods and goals.
